Important Forms:
The Little Miss Gallberry Farm Pageant is open to all girls attending Gallberry Farm
Elementary. We are so pleased you have chosen to participate. The following
information is offered as a guideline to you.
Age Groups: This will be determined by the grade your child is in at the time of the
pageant. There will be 3 age divisions.
*Wee Miss – Grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st
*Tiny Miss – Grades 2-3
*Little Miss – Grades 4-5
Please note that a formal dress will be required and we will have no other outfit changes.
Registration: The cost to enter the pageant is $50. Every contestant will receive a
pageant t-shirt with a paid registration. Additional t-shirts may be purchased for $12. All
proceeds will be used to support students at GFES. Please make check/money order
payable to GFES. Cash and credit/debit are also accepted at the school. The deadline for
registration is February 26th.
Pageant Practice: We will have two pageant practices for the contestants. Everyone is
required to attend. Practice dates are: Tuesday, March 4th, at 5:30 pm and Friday, March
7th, at 5:30 pm.
Additional Information: The doors will open the night of the pageant at 4:30 pm for
contestants only. The front doors will open at 5:00 pm for all spectators. Space is limited,
so arrive early. Concessions will be sold. At the conclusion of the pageant, contestants
will only be released to a parent. The decision of the judges is final.
Contact: Registration forms, sponsor forms, and sponsorship money may be turned in at
Gallberry Farm Elementary School between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm.
Registrations are due by Wednesday, February 26th at 4:00 pm. No late registrations will
be accepted. For any other questions regarding this pageant, please contact Natoshia

No one will be allowed backstage, down the contestant hallway, or in
contestant rooms during the pageant other than pageant personnel. No
exceptions!
T-Shirts: Each contestant receives a pageant t-shirt with their paid entry fee. Parents
may purchase additional t-shirts by completing the order form on the back of the pageant
registration form. The cost of each additional t-shirt is $12. Additional t-shirt orders and
payment are due by February 26th. All t-shirts will be available for pick-up at the first
rehearsal.
Division Awards: Division awards are determined by judges scores alone. The winner
in each division will receive a trophy, round crown, and a sash. Runners-Up will receive
a trophy. Other awards are listed below.
Photogenic Award: Carlton Hubbard Photography will be on site at 4:30 pm the day of
the pageant to take pictures. You may choose to have pictures taken and to purchase
pictures. Carlton Hubbard will select Miss Photogenic. If you do not have your picture
taken, you will not be eligible for Miss Photogenic. One Photogenic Award winner per
division will receive a trophy.
Sponsor Award: Each contestant must secure a minimum of $10.00 in sponsors which
should be turned in with registration. Please include the name and amount for each
sponsor on the attached sheet as they will be listed in the program (names only). The
contestant in each division who secures the most sponsor money will receive the
Sponsorship Award. One Sponsorship Award winner per division will receive a trophy.
Contestants may continue to collect sponsor money as long as it is turned into GFES by
the first rehearsal, March 4, 2025.
Ambassador Award: The contestant who raises the most sponsor money in the entire
pageant will receive the Ambassador Award. The Ambassador winner will receive a
trophy, tiara, and sash. We will not double award for sponsors. The Ambassador will not
be eligible for the Sponsor Award listed above.
People’s Choice Award: The audience will be able to vote throughout the pageant for
the People’s Choice Award. Photos will be taken of contestants on Wednesday, March
5th for the voting jars. Voting tables will be located in the lobby during the pageant. One
People’s Choice Award winner per division will receive a trophy.
What MUST be turned in by the February 26th deadline in order to participate?
