The CCS’ Beginners’ Day for Kindergarteners was held on Friday, April 20, 2018. Here at Gallberry Farm Elementary, students were placed in a kindergarten classroom to participate in activities such as music, art, and P.E. They also received a tour of a school bus and the school’s media center. While the students were busy adjusting to life on the Farm, parents attended an orientation. Parents were introduced to key and essential school personnel; the principal, kindergarten teachers, social worker, counselors, nurse, and the data clerk. We look forward to seeing all of their bright, shining faces in the upcoming school year.

Bedtime BagsIt is reported that 1 in 30 American children will face homelessness at some point this year. The 4th Grade Service Club would like to make “Bedtime Bags” for homeless children. Each bag would have the following ideas: blanket, book, stuffed animal, toothbrush and toothpaste. We are accepting donations of new blankets, books, stuff animals, toothbrushes, and toothpaste.  These bags will be donated to different organizations that work with homeless families. We will be accepting donations during the month of April!!!

GFES Visitation Policy

These policies and procedures are first and foremost for the safety of our students and staff but they also address the safety of our visitors. It is crucial that we are able to account for all people on campus at all times. Safety is always our number one priority. We know our Gallberry Families have this very same priority. Thank you in advance for helping us in this and all our endeavors.
